So far so good, deep blue skies splotched with candy cotton clouds…it seems to be a nice day to fly.
Seems like a feat to keep premade meals warm, tasty and plated presentably given the space confinement.
Kinda sounds like the premise for the next food network foodshow….

Paratha Roti – A soft crepe like oil/butter bread, that’s been violently beaten to give it texture and layers.
Curried Chicken breast pieces coated in a savoury curry gravy accompanied by potato and chickpeas.
Pumpkin– Soft and Sweet which added a nice contrast to the overall spices.
Spinach– Local variety, sort of resembling collard greens, it has a bite, and a slight bitter undertone.

I must start by saying you have a remarkeble personality … out of this world. You are superb at your passion with food its makes me wanna cook like you !!! I read a bit on ur blog that u eat out … i invite you then visit a Dirt Oven @ Mayaro lovely homemade bread … you may even get to dabble in some favourite roast fish/lobster !! Keep up your talent hope we link one day
Hello Neil and thank you so much for your kind words. I’ve been meaning to visit the dirt oven in Mayaro…being an avid bread baker myself. Would love to see the process and taste the difference the speciality oven makes in the product. A trip to Mayaro is long overdue. When I do visit I’ll certainly be sure to share.
